David Patterson Homes
David Patterson, a second-generation homebuilder, has been designing and constructing homes in Atlanta and on Lake Lanier for more than 15 years. He grew up learning the craft from his father and, after college, continued refining his skills by overseeing the construction of more than 100 homes for several regional and national builders.
In 2015, David founded David Patterson Homes with a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship, quality new home construction, and a meticulous attention to detail. He understands that building a new home can feel overwhelming, which is why his team of seasoned professionals guides each client from the initial meeting through completion and closing. This collaborative approach—paired with advanced technology and streamlined processes—ensures every home is built to the highest standards and delivered with outstanding customer service.
Known for thoughtful architectural details, modern design elements, and timeless appeal, David’s homes are crafted to be enjoyed for years to come. A Forsyth County native and avid fisherman, David is also the proud father of three children and enjoys spending time on Lake Lanier. His company continues to grow rapidly with several new communities underway.
